Agency plan questions
What counts as one credit?
One credit creates one separately prepared client or document photo result. A new client or different document job uses another credit.
Can several staff members use one plan?
Yes. One organization may authorize up to three browser sessions. Access cannot be shared with another organization.
What happens to unused credits?
Subscription credits reset at the next successfully paid monthly or annual period and do not roll over.
Does the service guarantee acceptance?
No. The service helps prepare the selected format, but requirements can change and the issuing authority makes the final decision.
