1. What you are buying

$2.99 HD download + 4x6 sheets. The purchase is a single one-time digital download: an HD passport, visa or ID photo file plus a printable 4x6 inch sheet. No account is created and no physical product is shipped.

The optional $6.99 Family 3 pack is one payment for up to three separate photo results redeemed within seven days. Each redeemed result includes its HD file and printable sheet; there is still no account or subscription.

Agency subscriptions are recurring digital-service plans for one organization and up to three authorized browser sessions. The monthly plan is $39 USD for 50 credits per paid month. The annual plan is $348 USD for 600 credits per paid year. Credits reset at each successfully paid renewal and do not roll over. The separate Agency 50 pilot is a one-time $99 USD payment for 50 results valid for 90 days.

2. Compliance

We generate your photo at the configured size, head-height range and background color for the country and document you select.

3. Refunds

If your photo is rejected by an embassy, consulate or issuing authority for a sizing, background, crop or formatting issue that our editor should have fixed, email us with your Stripe receipt and rejection details. We will help fix the file free or refund the digital download.

If the editor cannot generate a usable photo because of a technical error, corrupted file or sizing bug on our side, email us within 24 hours of payment with your Stripe receipt and we will refund in full.

Because the file is delivered digitally when you download it, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind after delivery.

A refund, payment dispute or chargeback for a Family 3 pack revokes its remaining unused credits. Files already downloaded remain on your device.

Monthly and annual agency subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so access remains available until then.

We do not provide prorated refunds solely for unused subscription time or credits. If you are charged after a valid cancellation, charged twice, or cannot use the paid service because of a confirmed technical or billing error on our side, contact support within 24 hours with the Stripe receipt. Any refund, payment dispute or chargeback revokes the remaining credits for that payment, subject to applicable law.
