1. What you are buying

Download HD photo + 4x6 sheets !. The purchase is a single one-time digital download: an HD passport, visa or ID photo file plus a printable 4x6 inch sheet. No account is created and no physical product is shipped.

2. Compliance

We generate your photo at the configured size, head-height range and background color for the country and document you select.

3. Refunds

If your photo is rejected by an embassy, consulate or issuing authority for a sizing, background, crop or formatting issue that our editor should have fixed, email us with your Stripe receipt and rejection details. We will help fix the file free or refund the digital download.

If the editor cannot generate a usable photo because of a technical error, corrupted file or sizing bug on our side, email us within 24 hours of payment with your Stripe receipt and we will refund in full.

Because the file is delivered digitally when you download it, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind after delivery.
